GMEX Robotics Corporation (NASDAQ:GMEX) has announced share consolidations repeatedly through 2026 while also announcing acquisitions and partnerships in artificial intelligence. On September 23, 2026 it said it would consolidate its Class A, Class B and Class C ordinary shares at a ratio of 1-for-9, effective September 28, 2026, and cut par value from $0.8064 to $0.000001 per share.

A Second Consolidation This Year

The board approved the move on September 2, 2026, and no shareholder vote was required under British Virgin Islands law. Class A shares outstanding at September 17 were 6,771,947 and were set to fall to about 752,439, with fractional shares rounded up. This followed an earlier April 28 consolidation, a 1-for-7 reduction of Class A shares and 1-for-28 reduction of Class B shares effective May 1, which the company described as a deliberate capital structure optimization. Neither release cites a Nasdaq minimum-bid-price deficiency as the reason.

Execution Against Ambitious Claims

GMEX's repeated share consolidations and large forward-looking revenue claims from its AI acquisitions warrant close tracking. Investors may watch for filings that clarify how the acquisitions will be funded, any further Nasdaq correspondence, and the company's participation in the LD Micro Main Event scheduled for October 19 to 21, 2026.
