Fiscal 2026 Results
H&R Block reported revenue of $3.95 billion for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, up $184.4 million, or 4.9%, which it attributed largely to increases in U.S. company-owned net average charge and tax return volume. Income tax expense was $117.6 million, compared with $172.0 million, and the effective tax rate was 13.8%, compared with 22.0%.
