Navan (NASDAQ:NAVN) announced it has been selected by Simon-Kucher as its global travel partner, enabling teams across more than a dozen markets to access its AI-powered travel management platform. The rollout spans North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, aligning travel operations on a single system.
Single Platform for Multi-Country Operations
Simon-Kucher cited the need for consistency across countries and a simplified travel experience as key drivers for adopting a unified platform. The deployment is intended to support collaboration with clients and internal teams through a standardised global travel framework.
AI Booking and Adoption Targets
The partnership introduces AI-assisted booking designed to reduce the average trip booking time to under seven minutes. The company is also targeting platform adoption of more than 95% among travelling employees.
Travel Spend and Inventory Access
Dynamic policy controls and expanded airline content are expected to improve access to fare options while providing a structured approach to managing travel expenditure across regions.
Emissions Reporting and Sustainability Tools
The platform will deliver consolidated reporting on travel-related emissions and present lower-emission alternatives such as rail. Employee dashboards will display individual travel footprints, while management will receive regional sustainability insights.
Enterprise Customer Base Expansion
The agreement adds Simon-Kucher to Navan’s enterprise segment alongside customers including Yahoo, Axel Springer and Frasers Group. Simon-Kucher operates in more than 30 countries with over 2,000 employees and focuses on commercial strategy optimisation.
