According to a statement from Starfighters Space Inc., inclusion in the Russell 3000 reflects growing awareness of its differentiated commercial space platform and broadens its visibility among institutional investors, which it believes will support its Long-term Growth strategy.

Sidus Space Inc. and Syntec Optics Holdings Inc. were also selected for inclusion in the Russell 3000 Index as part of the 2026 reconstitution, effective after the U.S. market close on June 26, 2026. Sidus Space Inc. pointed out that its inclusion in the Russell Index was recognition of progress in strengthening its Balance Sheet and advancing its space and defense portfolio.

While the inclusion of Starfighters Space Inc. in the Russell 3000 Index may add visibility and liquidity to its shares, it does not change the fundamental execution risks that the company faces as it continues to advance its STARLAUNCH platform, expand its infrastructure and launch licensing, and increase its recurring missions.
