V2X Inc. (NYSE: VVX) has been selected as a winner for the Bridge to Enduring Synthetic Training Environment Tactical Engagement Simulation Systems (TESS) Multiple-Award Contract (BEST MAC) Lot 1. This contract is a key component of the U.S. Army’s live training capabilities, as it focuses on extending the life of existing TESS devices, which are used for simulated weaponry and target engagements during training exercises. The aim is to ensure these devices meet the Army’s evolving needs as military technologies change.

The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract is valued at up to $921 million and spans ten years, with a five-year base period and two additional options (three-year and two-year). Under this agreement, V2X will modify and sustain various TESS products, including weapons, vehicles, and aviation systems, which are integral to realistic military training. As weapon systems continue to evolve, the TESS devices will require constant updates to remain effective in training exercises.

V2X's involvement in this contract complements its ongoing work under a $3.7 billion task order focused on Warfighter-Training Readiness Solutions. Jeremy C. Wensinger, President and CEO of V2X, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering readiness capabilities that enhance Army training. Senior Vice President Ken Shreves further noted that V2X’s dedication goes beyond operational excellence, aiming to reinforce national security with mission-critical solutions.
