The names below run from the biggest gainer to the biggest decliner, so the order follows the percentage move.
XCHG: EV Charger Maker Up 28.69% Without a Fresh Release
XCHG sells direct-current fast chargers under the XCharge brand from its Hamburg base. Its most recent company statement, dated October 14, 2026, said management knew of no specific reason for recent swings in its share price. The implied prior close is about $2.44 (calculated), and Thursday's price is about 62% over the October 26 close of $1.94 (calculated).
First-half 2026 revenue dropped 17.5% to $10.3 million, and the net loss widened to $11.1 million from $7.3 million. Management targets full-year revenue of $32.9 million to $38.2 million, which implies roughly $22.6 million to $27.9 million in the second half (calculated). Gross margin narrowed to 38.8% from 51.3%, and cash stood at $11.4 million. Each American depositary share now represents 800 Class A shares after an August 21 ratio change, and Nasdaq confirmed on September 8 that bid price compliance was regained.
TOYO: Customs Release and the Open Solar Cell Supply Question
TOYO said U.S. Customs and Border Protection released its Ethiopia-produced solar cell shipments after examining traceability documents. The announcement did not state how many cells were released, and it does not address countervailing duty activity or the Section 232 program. The implied prior close is about $3.82 (calculated).
First-half revenue grew 87.6% to $261.0 million, with net income of $45.8 million, and the company reports about $240 million of binding U.S. module supply agreements. Shares dropped 24.21% on the day of the August 19 results, so the move follows a sharp earlier fall. Second-quarter revenue was $118.2 million with a 31.3% gross margin, and the shares closed at $3.82 before today, a market capitalization of about $163.2 million.
SolarMax Technology: A 13.70% Gain Alongside a Going-Concern Warning
No dated company release came with the move, so the latest filings frame the story. Second-quarter revenue grew 49% to $10.2 million, but the net loss widened to $4.7 million, including a $4.3 million legal judgment expense. Cash was $2.16 million on June 30, and the filing states substantial doubt about continuing as a going concern.
About $13.7 million of convertible notes are in default. A Nasdaq market value deadline of December 21, 2026 applies, and the last recorded market capitalization was about $20.4 million at a $4.30 close. The Longfellow battery storage contract in Texas, rated at 430 MWh, is underway, while three contracts signed on December 31, 2025 had not started work when the filing was made. A 1-for-12 reverse split took effect on August 13, 2026.
AI OKTO: A 22.81% Fall Ahead of the $3.50 Special Dividend
No company release dated October 28 or 29 came with the decline. The implied prior close is about $28.14 (calculated), and shares remain about 81% over the October 23 level of $12.02 (calculated). The company was spun out of Toro (NASDAQ:TORO) with shares distributed on October 8, 2026.
The $3.50 special dividend has a November 2 record date, with payment expected on or about November 25. A shelf registration covers up to $500 million of primary offerings, and the chief executive's holding company reports 77.2% of the class. Market capitalization is about $93.8 million (calculated). On October 20 the company agreed to sell the Dream Arrax, a 5,000 cbm LPG carrier, for $18 million to a subsidiary of Robin Energy (NASDAQ:RBNE), which shares the same chairman and chief executive.
LiveWire: Funding Questions After the Going-Concern Warning
Third-quarter results disclosed substantial doubt about continuing as a going concern and withdrew full-year operating loss guidance of $70 million to $80 million. A Special Restructuring Committee was formed on October 22, 2026. Cash dropped to $39.9 million from $82.8 million at year-end, and the implied prior close is about $1.60 (calculated).
Revenue grew 38% to $7.9 million and the net loss narrowed to $18.6 million. By price, LiveWire at $0.94 is the only one under $1, and AI OKTO at $21.72 is $17.10 over the next highest, TOYO's $4.62 (calculated).
