The Five Steepest Declines on Thursday, October 29

Ranked by the percentage move stated in each report, LiveWire (NYSE:LVWR) is first, trading 41.13% lower at $0.94 after its third-quarter results raised going concern doubt. Iovance Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ:IOVA) is second at 35.35% lower ($9.57) following updated lung cancer data, then Xerox (NASDAQ:XRX) at 34.77% lower ($1.82) after a goodwill impairment and guidance cut. Solowin Holdings (NASDAQ:AXG) is trading 29.14% lower at $4.03 after a reverse split, and Titan International (NYSE:TWI) is trading 26.36% lower at $4.88 after a third-quarter loss.

The ranking rests on the percentage move alone, measured against each implied prior close. Four of the five moves coincide with results or data released the same day. Solowin's decline follows a reverse split, and its report says the link between the split and the fall is an inference.

1. LiveWire Sinks 41.13% on the Going Concern Warning

Shares are trading at $0.94 from an implied prior close near $1.60 (calculated). A supplemental application for lung cancer is now planned for 2027, together with a biomarker-focused strategy. Full-year revenue guidance was lifted on September 29 to $410 million to $420 million, and third-quarter results are due on November 5. The company develops tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte cell therapies, and its marketed product Amtagvi is approved in three markets. With 452.97 million shares outstanding, the price implies a market value near $4.3 billion (calculated).

3. Xerox Plunges 34.77% as a Doubled Adjusted Margin Fails to Help

Shares are trading at $1.82 from an implied prior close of about $2.79 (calculated). Third-quarter revenue dropped 4.7% to $1.868 billion, and a $959 million goodwill impairment produced a GAAP net loss of $1.015 billion. Adjusted operating margin did climb to 6.6% from 3.3%.

Total debt was about $4.22 billion (calculated). The company had 132.7 million shares outstanding at September 30, which implies a market value of about $241 million at today's price (calculated). Cash was $412 million.

4. Solowin Drops 29.14% in the Reverse Split Session

The Five Biggest Fallers Compared in Percentage and Dollar Terms

LiveWire's 41.13% decline is 14.77 percentage points larger than Titan International's 26.36% (calculated), and 5.78 points larger than Iovance Biotherapeutics' 35.35% (calculated). Iovance and Xerox are only 0.58 points apart (calculated). The average of the five moves is 33.35% (calculated).

In dollar terms, Iovance Biotherapeutics dropped about $5.23 per share from its implied prior close of $14.80, compared with about $0.97 for Xerox (calculated). A large percentage move on a sub-$2 stock such as LiveWire or Xerox therefore equals a much smaller dollar change.

Dates Ahead: Iovance Reports November 5 and LiveWire Files by November 9

Iovance Biotherapeutics reports third-quarter results on Thursday, November 5, 2026, and its POSITILITY cohort opens enrollment in November. LiveWire expects to file its quarterly report on or before November 9, 2026.

Titan International's ITM sale is expected to close in January 2027. Xerox will be measured against its new $450 million to $475 million adjusted operating income range, and Solowin's coming sessions will show how the market prices about 1,007,648 Class A shares.
