Zolucatetide Program

The company states that zolucatetide, to its knowledge, is the first drug to directly target the interaction between beta-catenin and the T-cell factor family of transcription factors, a central node in the Wnt pathway. It has been evaluated in more than 150 patients.

In desmoid tumors, the lead indication, the company reported tumor reductions in 100% of patients and a 74% objective response rate among patients with at least two post-baseline scans as of February 16, 2026. It said responses occurred in patients who had and had not previously taken gamma-secretase inhibitors, and that it believes the tolerability profile is more favorable than currently available drug therapy.

Outlook and Plans

Parabilis plans to start a global registrational Phase 3 trial of zolucatetide in patients with desmoid tumors in the first half of 2027. It also plans to advance its preclinical prostate cancer programs and to evaluate other therapeutic areas in the future. These are company plans, and the filing notes that clinical development is uncertain.
