- Ground-Truth now available on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure across public and sovereign cloud regions
- Platform processes up to 20TB of data daily with sub-second threat detection capabilities
- Alert volumes reduced by up to 90% through AI and quantum-inspired algorithms
Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) and seQure, a subsidiary of Entanglement, have announced the cloud deployment of Ground-Truth, a cybersecurity and observability platform, on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Previously limited to on-premises use, the AI-driven service is now accessible across Oracle’s public, government, sovereign, and dedicated cloud environments.
Ground-Truth enables enterprise and government clients to automate detection of emerging threats and vulnerabilities, while significantly minimizing false alerts. The system applies quantum-inspired algorithms, machine learning, and high-performance computing to identify anomalies in real time, achieving event alert reductions of up to 90%, according to the companies.
Operating as a zero-trust monitoring solution, Ground-Truth offers up to 20TB of daily data throughput, processing at speeds claimed to be up to 1000 times faster than traditional systems. Reported false positive rates are under 9.9% for enterprise networks and below 3% for industrial systems like IoT and SCADA.
The move positions seQure within Oracle’s defense and security ecosystem, providing customers with compliance-focused deployment options that support data residency and regulatory needs. Key use cases span corporate networks, operational technologies, and internet-connected infrastructure, with streamlined API integration into existing security stacks.
While financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed, the strategic integration is part of Oracle’s broader focus on expanding its sovereign cloud and cybersecurity services portfolio. The availability of Ground-Truth on OCI aligns with increased demand for scalable, AI-powered threat detection solutions in sensitive and complex IT environments.
Oracle’s involvement also leverages its cloud’s built-in security features and global infrastructure, which have become central to its enterprise technology offering. The expanded deployment of Ground-Truth reinforces the trend of migrating advanced cybersecurity capabilities from on-premises environments to cloud-based platforms for enhanced scalability and performance.
