SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC) announced the renewal of its partnership with the Fire and Emergency Services Superannuation Fund (“FES Super”), a move that extends their long-standing relationship in the Australian superannuation market. The extension solidifies SS&C’s presence and ongoing growth in the region, following a series of strategic client wins.

FES Super utilizes SS&C’s cloud-hosted registry platform, Bluedoor, to manage its administration requirements. The platform supports real-time automation and straight-through processing, streamlining fund operations and enhancing member service delivery. Additionally, SS&C provides member digital and reporting services to FES Super as part of this collaboration.

Adrian Rutter, Fund Secretary at FES Super, emphasized the importance of efficient, member-focused tools, stating that Bluedoor’s flexible and integrated cloud services assist the fund in delivering a modern user experience.

Bluedoor serves as the digital operating foundation for SS&C Global Investor & Distribution Solutions’ (GIDS) superannuation offerings. It supports various product types including defined contribution, defined benefit, and pension products, enabling funds like FES Super to process and access data instantly.

Shaun McKenna, Head of GIDS Australia at SS&C, noted the nearly 15-year relationship with FES Super and the fund’s growth since their initial engagement. He highlighted the company’s ongoing role in supporting FES Super’s operational goals.

This renewal announcement comes amidst a backdrop of increasing demand for cloud-based, scalable solutions in Australia’s superannuation and wealth management sectors. SS&C continues to position itself as a technology partner for funds aiming to modernize operations and enhance member experiences through digital innovation.
