The GraniteShares 2x Long VRT Daily ETF (NASDAQ: VRTL) seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to approximately 200% (2x long) of the daily percentage change in the common stock of Vertiv Holdings Co. (NYSE: VRT). The fund is designed to provide traders with amplified short-term exposure to Vertiv, a major provider of critical digital infrastructure for data centers, communications networks and industrial applications.

Vertiv provides infrastructure spanning critical power, thermal management, racks and enclosures, monitoring and management, and related services. Its products include UPS systems, power distribution equipment, switchgear, battery energy storage and advanced cooling technologies. The company has increasingly positioned itself around the rapidly expanding demand for AI and high-density data centers, where power delivery and thermal management are becoming critical infrastructure requirements.

Vertiv's AI infrastructure portfolio includes integrated power and cooling solutions, liquid-cooling systems, modular infrastructure and other technologies designed for high-density AI workloads. The company's FY2025 revenue was approximately $10.2 billion, with data centers representing about 85% of its market segment mix.

The GraniteShares 2x Long VRT Daily ETF (VRTL) provides leveraged exposure to VRT's daily price movements. Consequently, VRTL can be highly sensitive to developments affecting Vertiv's data-center demand, AI infrastructure spending, hyperscaler capital expenditure, power and cooling requirements, earnings results, margins, order growth and broader technology-sector sentiment.

Unlike a diversified technology ETF, VRTL is a single-stock leveraged ETF. GraniteShares states that the fund is intended for sophisticated investors who actively monitor positions and hold for very short periods, often a single trading day.

VRTL was launched on March 25, 2025. GraniteShares lists a 1.30% management fee, a 3.83% total annual operating expense ratio, and a 1.50% net annual operating expense ratio, with the fee waiver scheduled through December 31, 2026, subject to the terms of the waiver.
