Kurv ETF Trust is seeking approval for a new advisory agreement before the interim arrangement expires on December 19, 2026. The agreement would allow Kurv to continue advising the Fund without changing its Investment objective, strategies, advisory fees, other terms or Portfolio Management team, giving investors continuity in Fund operations.

Key Highlights

  • The original advisory agreement ended on July 22, 2026, after it was not re-approved before its initial term ended.
  • The proposed agreement would leave the Fund’s investment objective, strategies and advisory fees unchanged.
  • Shareholders of record on August 26, 2026, will vote at the October 29 special meeting.

Kurv ETF Trust needs Shareholder approval for a new advisory agreement to keep investment advisory services in place for the Kurv Technology Titans Select ETF.

New Agreement Keeps Existing Fund Terms

The Trust’s board approved the proposed agreement on August 4, 2026, and recommends that shareholders approve it. The board’s recommendation is unanimous and includes all independent trustees.

It terminated on July 22, 2026, after an administrative oversight left it without re-approval before the end of its initial term.

That arrangement expires on December 19, 2026. Its substantive terms match those of the original agreement, apart from the effective date and term.

The proposed agreement would not alter the Fund’s investment objective, strategies, advisory fees or other terms. The same portfolio management team would continue managing the Fund, and the proposal is intended to allow Kurv to continue providing advisory services.

Shareholders of record as of August 26, 2026, may vote at the special meeting on October 29, 2026.
