Gauges Management Highlighted

Net client cash flows after USD 2.6 billion in the quarter, set against USD 21.4 billion in the first quarter and USD 4.3 billion in the second, show how lumpy inflows have been. The variable compensation ratio of 32.6% sits below the 34% to 38% full year range, and the December 23 dividend payment is a dated item. Assets of USD 239.6 billion, a one year outperformance share of 95% of revenue, and net leverage of 0.2x are other measurable markers.
