Fourth quarter net revenue growth is also guided to the high end of low double digits, with about 1 percentage point of currency headwind, other expense of about USD 115 million, and a non-GAAP tax rate of 20% to 21%. Items Behind the Next Quarter

Several figures define the fourth quarter. Guided net revenue growth at the high end of low double digits and the USD 115 million other expense estimate set the reference points. Pinnacle Financial Partners is scheduled to move its issuing portfolio onto the network starting in 2027, and the company cited a 3 million card addition from its HDFC Bank small Business deal in India. Cross-border growth of 11% and the intra-Europe drag from the customs fee are the volume markers, along with the USD 648 million of repurchases already completed in October.
