ServiceTitan (Nasdaq: TTAN), a software provider serving trades businesses, announced the launch of its integration with EagleView, a company specializing in aerial roofing measurements. This integration delivers EagleView’s property data directly into ServiceTitan’s platform, allowing contractors to access roof measurements within their existing workflow.

The integration targets roofing and exterior contractors by providing measurement data automatically, eliminating the need for manual measurement collection. This connection between ServiceTitan and EagleView intends to facilitate more efficient bid creation, reduce errors in material orders, and help contractors accelerate the sales process.

According to ServiceTitan’s Chief Business Officer, Connor Theilmann, the integration eliminates manual measurement steps and brings accurate data directly into the estimating process, which can streamline operations for contractors and help them deliver proposals more quickly.

EagleView Vice President of Business Development, Brady Campbell, highlighted that the combination of precise measurement data and ServiceTitan’s platform allows contractors to operate more efficiently, quote jobs with greater confidence, and scale their operations.

Through this integration, roofing contractors can quickly access detailed property measurements within ServiceTitan’s software, enabling the generation of precise bids without the need to visit the site for manual measurements. The data is automatically populated into ServiceTitan’s estimating tools, reducing the risk of errors and helping ensure that material orders are accurate.

EagleView provides aerial imagery and roof measurement data covering more than 94% of homes in the United States. The roof measurement data provided has a reported accuracy of 98.77% compared to independent benchmarks. Contractors utilizing EagleView’s measurements can generate estimates up to four times faster and reduce material-related errors significantly.
