Dream Vacations, a travel agency franchise brand under Carnival Corporation (NYSE: CUK), has launched its 14th annual “Operation Vetrepreneur: Become Your Own General” contest, which offers military veterans a chance to win a free travel agency franchise. The 2025 contest will award three winners, each receiving a prize package valued at USD12,300, including a waived USD10,500 franchise fee, one year of waived administrative service fees, and a complimentary Carnival cruise for two.

Since its inception in 2012, the contest has granted 64 franchises to veterans, with a total value of over USD787,200. This year marks the first time Dream Vacations has partnered with Carnival Cruise Line® to include a cruise component in the prize.

Eligibility for the program extends to U.S. veterans from all military branches who are off active duty and honorably discharged prior to the contest start date. Applicants must complete an online form, submit a business plan and video, and participate in interviews. Finalists will be selected and notified in September 2025.
