Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) has signed its first binding B2B pre-order agreement for its FX Super One MPV, marking a significant commercial development. The agreement, involving New York City dealership 129 Auto Sales Corp. (operating as JC Auto), includes a $100,000 non-refundable deposit and a non-binding reservation for up to 1,000 units of the electric vehicle.

The initial deposit secures priority access to 300 FX Super One MPVs, subject to further payments. JC Auto, which has experience in vehicle sales and leasing, intends to utilize these units in high-end transportation services, including premium ride-hailing fleets like Uber Black and VIP shuttles for hotels and airports in the New York metro area.

This move reflects growing interest in advanced electric MPVs in the U.S. and aligns with Faraday Future’s broader strategy targeting “blue ocean” market opportunities. The FX Super One, described as a First Class AI-MPV, has already gained traction in Asian markets and is positioned to test consumer response in North America. JC Auto will also act as a co-creation partner, helping Faraday Future tailor its product offering to the U.S. market.

While the reservation does not guarantee full purchase of the 1,000 vehicles, it suggests a noteworthy level of commercial interest. The FX Super One aims to compete with established models like the Cadillac Escalade by offering an AI-powered user experience and multi-purpose functionality.

This B2B agreement represents an early signal of potential market acceptance and could serve as a reference point for future commercial partnerships in the electric mobility sector.
