Market data lists a market capitalization near $735 million and a 52-week range of $18.00 to $49.88. The trailing P/E reads above 260 because of depressed trailing GAAP earnings, and TD Cowen has a price target of $42, down from $43. Market data also shows a consensus price target of $53.20, cited here only as a data point.
Fourth-Quarter Guide Points to Modest Sequential EPS Gain
Management expects a modest sequential rise in fourth-quarter EPS, with better asset-based operating margins partly offset by lower income from the leasing affiliate. It also anticipates Dedicated fleet growth, a stable Expedited fleet and a continued focus on trimming overhead as a share of revenue. The next fixed marker is the fourth-quarter report, while the pace of Managed Freight growth and Expedited margins remain the figures to track. For the first nine months, diluted EPS was $0.89 versus $0.94, and adjusted EPS was $1.18 versus $1.22, so the third quarter helped narrow the year-to-date gap.
