Victoria's Secret & Co. (NYSE:VSXY) is back in focus because its latest quarterly figures show growth continuing under a new ticker symbol. Revenue for the quarter ended 1 August 2026 was US$1,611 million, up 10.42% on the year, with net income of US$183 million. The company moved from VSCO to VSXY on 2 June 2026, and the latest figures are the second set of quarterly results reported under it.

A new symbol, the same company

On 21 May 2026 the company announced that its New York Stock Exchange ticker would change from VSCO to VSXY, effective 2 June 2026, with no Shareholder action required and the CUSIP unchanged. Chief executive Hillary Super described the symbol as a marker of who the company is today, standing fully in its identity and committed to inspiring confidence, sparking joy and celebrating sexy in all its forms. The same announcement said first-quarter results would be released before the market opened on 2 June 2026.

The business

Victoria's Secret is a specialty retailer of intimate apparel, beauty products and accessories under the Victoria's Secret, PINK and Adore Me brands, sold through physical stores and digital channels. It has about 33,000 employees.

What the recent quarters show

For the quarter ended 1 August 2026, revenue was US$1,611 million, net income US$183 million, Diluted Earnings per Share US$2.18 and gross Margin 38.86%. For the quarter ended 2 May 2026, revenue was US$1,560 million, up 15.30%, net income US$48 million, diluted earnings per share US$0.56 and gross margin 37.63%. The fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year, ended 31 January 2026, produced revenue of US$2,269 million, up 7.74%, with net income of US$184 million. Profitability is volatile, and the third quarter has produced net losses in recent years.

For the trailing twelve months, revenue was US$6.91 billion, up 10.3%, net income US$378 million and earnings per share US$4.47. The company raised full-year guidance after first-quarter sales initially missed expectations.

Valuation and balance sheet

The company has a Market Capitalisation of US$6.79 billion on 79.76 million shares. The 52-week range was US$28.04 to US$102.46, and the price to earnings ratio was 19.05. The company shows no dividend.

The Balance Sheet carries obligations. Cash was US$522 million against total debt of US$2,899 million at the latest quarter end. That debt figure may include Lease liabilities.

A New Symbol and a Seasonally Tricky Quarter Ahead

The share price has more than doubled from its 52-week low, so expectations are higher than they were. Intimate apparel is a discretionary category and a fashion-led one, and the company's results swing with the seasons, with losses in some third quarters. Consumer demand, promotions and Brand perception all affect margins.

Investors can watch the third-quarter results, which fall in the seasonal period that has been loss-making in some past years, and any update to full-year guidance that accompanies them. The company has not announced a date for those results.
