All-Cash Offer Values Perion at About $420 Million
The $11.70 per share price represents a premium of about 34.5% to the previous close of $8.70 and an implied equity value of about $420 million. Perion had about $228 million in cash at September 30 and no financial debt. Affle plans to fund the purchase through committed bank financing and available cash.
